Ten Point Acres is a Wedding and Event Venue located in the beautiful countryside of Brandywine, Maryland.  As you enter thru the large, private gates and drive up the tree lined driveway, the entrance opens up to our beautiful Bridal Suite and then leads you to our inviting venue. The venue is seated on several hundred acres with a 360 degree view of nature, farmland, forest and ponds that will leave your guests in awe.  As they enter the glass doors, the hall of flowers and lights usher you towards the main venue area where all of your guests will be excitedly waiting for you to appear.

 

Our venue seats up to 500 guests comfortably, is handicap accessible with both heat and air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable no matter what time of year you choose to celebrate your event.  We also have large indoor restrooms that are also handicap accessible.  You may also choose to celebrate indoors, outdoors or both.   As the venue also has outdoor terraces, one beautiful terrace has a fountain and benches and the serene sound of the water cascading down.  The second terrace has been set up with tables and chairs set up for your guests to sit and enjoy each other as well as the beautiful views of nature.  There are an additional two covered entrances on both sides of the venue where your guests can enjoy the outdoors regardless of the weather.  You may also wish to use these areas for an indoor/outdoor cocktail area for guests. It is all up to you.  There is plenty of space for you to design your event floor plan any way you wish to.

 

Our Bridal Suite has everything a bride could ask for on the magical day. The Bridal Suite is also handicap accessible.  The front steps leading to the Bridal Suite were made specifically for wedding party pictures.  The Bridal Dress room has been the favorite of all of the photographers and videographers as they comment that the natural light is amazing and perfect for taking the best photographs.  The hair and make up experts have exclaimed they have never had the amount of space as well as hair and make up stations and lighting made specifically to fit their needs.  

 

Our Grooms Suite has received nothing but praise and compliments from all of the Grooms we have had.  The Groom and friends and family can relax on the reclining leather sofa, play a game or two of pool, watch a game on the large screen tv, play table shuffleboard, have a drink at the bar or sit outside on the groom's private deck with friends and enjoy the views.

If you are planning a smaller, more intimate outside gathering, we have an outdoor Pavilion on the Pond.  It overlooks the water and can hold 60 guests  of your favorite friends and family.
